web-player: baseline fixes and stray bugs

Fix eslint (dead imports in liked), missing title size in MediaCard, non-exclusive classes in the Home spotlight rows, typography in the album delete modal, useless text-base on icon buttons (Sidebar, Queue), and remove Badge.svelte (unused).
