Admin 6e2f3a257a refactor(backend): read artist credit from TrackArtists join 
Drop the now-redundant Track.Artist string column now that every
track (local and YouTube) links its credited artists through
TrackArtist. TrackApplicationResponse formats the display string by
joining TrackArtists ordered by position, and every read query that
projects a track now includes TrackArtists/Artist so the join isn't
empty at response time.

Admin a1f7756fc9 fix(backend): compute track listens count via SQL instead of an unloaded navigation 
TrackApplicationResponse.FromEntity counted track.ListeningHistories,
but none of the queries that built a response ever Included it, so
the collection was always empty and listensCount was always 0. Each
query now projects the count as a correlated subquery before mapping
to the response.

AdminandClaude Opus 4.8 423e06baf9 refactor(application): fold Pagination into Shared, rename assembly marker 
- Move PaginatedResponse from the single-file Pagination/ folder into Shared/
  (namespace Musify.Application.Pagination -> Musify.Application.Shared)
- Rename MusifyApplication.cs -> AssemblyInfo.cs (it only holds the
  [assembly: MediatorOptions] attribute)

AdminandClaude Opus 4.8 e802c8565d refactor(application): co-locate each command/query with its handler 
One file per use case under the feature folder (Tracks/PlayLists/Users),
dropping the Commands/Queries/Handlers sub-folders and their namespaces.
Each file now holds the record and its handler in namespace
Musify.Application.<Feature>; external usings updated accordingly.

Build: 0 warnings, 0 errors.
