refactor(application): fold Pagination into Shared, rename assembly marker
- Move PaginatedResponse from the single-file Pagination/ folder into Shared/
(namespace Musify.Application.Pagination -> Musify.Application.Shared)
- Rename MusifyApplication.cs -> AssemblyInfo.cs (it only holds the
[assembly: MediatorOptions] attribute)
