The upload section currently only allows uploading one track at a time. It should support uploading multiple tracks at once, and the whole flow should be refactored so a full album (or EP/single) can be created directly from there.
Expected behavior
Multiple uploads
Select or drag and drop multiple audio files (or a whole folder) at once.
Uploads run in parallel (with a sensible concurrency limit), each with its own progress and status (see #6).
Failed uploads can be retried individually without restarting the rest.
Per-track metadata: title, track number, featured artists, explicit flag, etc.
Pre-fill metadata from the files' embedded tags (ID3/Vorbis: title, artist, album, track number, cover).
Reorder tracks with drag and drop to define the tracklist.
Review step before publishing; option to save as draft.
Considerations
Refactor the upload section into reusable components/steps instead of extending the current single-file form.
Backend support for creating an album and attaching tracks in a single operation (or a draft album that tracks are added to).
Enforce per-role upload limits (#16) before starting uploads, showing how many slots are left.
Transcoding into multiple qualities (#17) runs per track after upload.
Editing albums and tracks afterwards should reuse the same forms (#7).

- Pre-fill metadata from the files' embedded tags (ID3/Vorbis: title, artist, album, track number, cover).
