Infrastructure now gives each project its own Postgres role, S3 identity
limited to its bucket and a Zitadel service account that owns only its
project, instead of handing out the admin accounts.
- Postgres and S3 settings default to Ping's own (ping).
- zitadel-init mounts ZITADEL_PAT_DIR (Infrastructure's
zitadel/.output/ping), waits for that PAT and uses it. It no longer
creates the Zitadel project, which that account can't do:
Infrastructure does.
Ping already reused Musify's Zitadel and SeaweedFS, but did so through a
hardcoded relative path into Musify's own deploy folder
(../../../Musify/MusifyM/deploy/zitadel/.output), which only worked
because Musify happened to be the one running them. Those services now
live in a separate Infrastructure repository instead, so this points
there.
Also drops Ping's own Postgres container in favor of Infrastructure's
shared instance (its own ping_db database), with a wait-for-postgres
one-shot replacing the in-file health check.
.NET 10 solution for Ping, a Discord style chat app: Domain, Application
and Infrastructure projects plus the Api host. SignalR for chat and
presence, LiveKit for call tokens, EF Core on Postgres, S3 compatible
storage for attachments, and OIDC auth shared with the Musify Zitadel
instance. Includes the Compose stack for local development.
