feat: add unified Musify solution spanning all projects

Groups Domain/Application/Infrastructure under Core and WebApi/Worker/StreamingGateway under Hosts. Removes the per-repo .slnx files now superseded by the single solution. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
